I just spent an hour on the PcPlus trying to download an audio book onto my Ipod. It didn't work. I did have someone helping me, because it wasn't as simple as I thought. When I used an MP3 player for the tech challenge, it was fine. Anyway, I downloaded OverDrive...then we found out that I had to download iTunes.....then, in order to transfer the book to my iPod we were told to restart the computer, which we couldn't do because we would lose the downloads.....so, I never got the book onto my iPod and I wouldn't want to have to help a customer download onto an iPod at this point. According to Samantha, who was helping me it wouldn't work anyway. So, I'll find an MP3 player and try that....
